This spice works on so many dishes. We love it on salmon!
This works so well on such a variety of veggies, beans, and meats. Makes your food taste like it is filled with love. Woth very little effort. Happily bought some refills, because it is so delicious.
My uncle gifted me this for Christmas and I was thrilled to use it! I finally did tonight to make a Chana masala. It turned out GREAT so flavorful and very quick to make. Fried onion cumin seeds, then added ground ginger garlic and a sliced hot pepper, added 1-2 tablespoons of the spice mix (and added some of my own spices), then a large can of crushed tomatoes two cans of chick peas and veggies that you want, and finish with fresh cilantro at the end. Served with home made Greek yogurt raita. The best part of this spice mix Is that it makes a quick meal delicious! Will be ordering this once my current can is out.

Te flavor is unique and very perfectly balanced. I love the shaker top, it allows us to add more if we like our food spicier. This is now a favorite!
