RETURNS
If you purchased a Spicewalla item you would like to return here’s the deal:
- Let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package
- Must return within 30 days of purchase
- Must be unopened and in original packaging
Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. That’s it!
If we sent you the wrong spices just let us know as soon as you receive the package by emailing customercare@spicewallabrand.mom. We’ll make sure we get you what you need ASAP and we’ll help you get that order back. Shipping’s on us.

REFUNDS
If you would like a refund for returned Spicewalla spices it will be issued once we receive the original, unopened item back in our spice cave. We’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived safe and sound.
If you paid with a CC it will be refunded back to the card used during checkout. If you have an account with Spicewalla we will credit your account.
